The Fourth Judicial Circuit maintains a list of attorneys who are willing to accept appointments to civil and criminal cases in Duval, Clay and Nassau Counties. Applications are accepted in April each year for the fiscal year that begins in July, and applications are again accepted in October for an updated list that is distributed in January.
