Registry of Court Appointed Expert Witnesses
The Fourth Judicial Circuit is creating a list of expert witnesses who are willing to accept appointments to perform forensic mental health evaluations in adult and juvenile criminal cases in Duval County. The following is a link to the application for the Expert Witness Registry List.
