Pursuant to instructions from the Supreme Court of Florida, Chief Judge Lance Day has entered the following orders regarding Civil Case Management and Resolution in Circuit Court and County Court for the Fourth Judicial Circuit. All civil practitioners should review these orders prior to filing any civil case in Duval, Clay or Nassau Counties.
