Procedures for Ordering Copies of Digitally Recorded Proceedings
HOW TO ORDER AUDIO COPIES  
  • The general public can purchase an audio copy of digitally recorded proceedings by following the Procedures for Ordering Copies of Electronically Recorded Proceedings.   Audio copies will be reviewed and any confidential information will be redacted.  The Digital Recording Request Form and Prohibition Against Dissemination Form must be signed and returned to the Court Reporting Department, Attention:  Amanda Gardner, Electronic Court Reporting Manager.  Upon receipt of your request, an estimate for the fee will be provided to you.  The fee will include the cost of the MP3 or CD plus the cost of reviewing and redacting the recording.  Once you approve that estimate, your request will be processed. 
 
  • Forms must include all necessary information and signed to prevent delay in processing your request.

  • The total fee can be paid with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order made payable to the State of FloridaCash or credit cards are NOT accepted. Expedited request will incur extra charges.
 
  • Payment must be received before audio copies are released.
