COVID-19 EMERGENCY ORDERS AND OPERATIONAL PLAN

Effective Friday, April 16, 2021, individuals wishing to enter the Duval County Courthouse who have a required court appearance including attorneys and defendants will be allowed to enter the courthouse following the completion of any screening requirements. 
Effective Monday, April 26, 2021, individuals wishing to observe first appearance proceedings may do so from courtroom J3 at the Duval County Pre-Trial Detention Facility. 
Individuals wishing to observe any other court proceedings may go to the Duval County Courthouse to observe proceedings within the courtroom, however limited seating is available due to social distancing requirements.  Individuals who need to visit the office of the Clerk of the Court will be permitted to enter for services that they are currently providing in person.

The Fourth Judicial Circuit is comprised of Clay, Duval and Nassau Counties. Currently, only Duval County Court is fully represented on this website. However, the court functions for Clay and Nassau Counties will be added in the near future. In the interim, limited court information for Clay and Nassau Counties can be accessed by going to the following websites:
