Procedures for Ordering Copies of Digitally Recorded Proceedings

  • An audio copy of a proceeding (unless such proceeding is deemed confidential) can be purchased from the Court Reporting Department.  Copies of proceedings that are statutorily exempt shall be provided by Court Order only.
     
  • To purchase an audio recording of proceedings, requests must be made in writing following the the Procedures For Ordering Copies of Digitally Recorded Proceedings, Digital Recording Request Form and Acknowledgment Release of Recording Form
     
  • Parties and attorneys of record must complete the Acknowledgement Release of Recording Form.  Upon receipt of the Digital Recording Request Form, Digital Recording Request Form and payment of fees, a copy of the audio will be provided.
     
  • Audio recordings of court proceedings requested by all other persons or entities will be reviewed and any confidential information will be redacted.  Upon receipt of the Digital Recording Request Form and payment of fees, a copy of the audio recording will be provided.

  • Forms should be submitted to the Electronic Court Reporting Manager, 501 West Adams Street, Suite 6175, Jacksonville, FL  32202 with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order for $25.00 made payable to the State of Florida.  Cash or credit cards are NOT accepted.  Expedited request will incur extra charges.
